Ted Drewes

This one speaks for itself.

Campus Kitchen!!!

The kids were so enthusiastic to deliver the food they prepared during the week that they greeted each recipient with the obligatory "Campus Kitchen!!!".  The highlight for my group was interacting with a t.v. that someone left on in their room.

Hawaiian Sweet Bread

I thought this was our best recipe yet.  It can be eaten as is, or for French toast or summer sandwiches.  This would make a great Father's Day gift kids.

Cooking demo

Today we were paid a visit from Jon Lowe, the Executive Chef at Oceano Bistro in Clayton. He pan-fried trout with green beans and morrels in butter. Simple and quite tasty... at least my piece of fish that didn't fall on the floor:(

Herb day

Each one of our garden rakes is closely inspected for flaws by one of our campers.

These campers were busy prepping a bed for basil.
